How do I refund a member?

This can't be done from the EPayments admin area.

You can either:

- refund from the club's PayPal account, or

- refund the member by some other means e.g. a cheque

You will need to update the member's invoice details 'manually' in the EPayments admin area in order to reflect the refund, and thereby ensure your records are accurate.

Please note that the FixturesLive fee is not refundable.
