How do I stop league registration emails going to all Club Administrators?

The registration system sends emails to all Club Administrators for a given club, when a Registration Administrator makes a registration decision about a club member.

This ensures that a club is informed of any action required, even if the person most responsible within the club has, perhaps left, or is otherwise unable to deal with the issue. This helps to prevent registration 'disasters'.

In large clubs, with many Club Administrators, the volume of emails can be unwelcome, and we understand this.

We will alter the system in a future upgrade, to require clubs to identify their registration contacts; emails would only go to them.

There is no current timescale for this upgrade.
