How can I be certain that emails, sent from the system, are actually received?

Our system allows clubs, governing bodies and other organisations to send emails to individuals, or groups. 

The ability to 'broadcast' to an accurate list of people, with attachments, is one of our most popular features.

The emails sent are, like all emails, subject to spam/junk filters, and different email systems (e.g. gmail, hotmail, or a company system) can handle these differently.

We advise that the person who was sent the email checks their spam/junk folder.

Adding (the address from which nearly all our emails are sent) to your 'safe senders' list can help.
