Safari/iPad lockup issue

We are aware that, rarely, our desktop site (w.fixtureslive.com) 'locks up', with the browser creating a very long url that is not intentionally created by our code.

This seems to happen on iPad, but may affect Safari generally.

We have found that this 'clears' after some time, but, in the meantime, the site appears to have locked up completely.

Obviously this is very annoying for the user. We have investigated at some length but have not been able to recreate the problem.

We recommend clearing your browser history - on an iPad, go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website data
