What is 'Club Accreditation'?

Many sporting organisations set standards for clubs.

Accreditation is a mark of quality. Good (accredited) clubs are usually given a higher profile by those organisations, and may have better access to funding.

Achieving 'accredited status' can be challenging; sporting organisations use this to 'raise the bar' for the benefit of all.

Any sporting organisation can use the FixturesLive accreditation system for its clubs.

In England, the accreditation system used by all sporting governing bodies is "ClubMark", but the FixturesLive system accommodates local authority and other regimes.
