I have duplicate identities on the system - can these be combined?

We try hard to prevent people being duplicated in the system, but it does happen.

In many cases, you will have been duplicated by a club, who added you without knowing (for obvious privacy reasons) that you were already on the system.

If you are duplicated, it's important that the identity we retain is the one that has your correct club memberships, goals, league registration data and so on.

Club administrators, if they know they have created a duplicate, can just make someone an ex-member, without contacting us. In the vast majority of cases, this is all that's needed.

If you know you have been duplicated, and if you know that each identity has important data that needs to be combined, and you're not a club member, please email us with the UserID of each 'identity', let us know what data needs to be sorted out, and we'll deal with it.
