How do I add/change a captain/manager for a team?

Captains/managers have an important role in FixturesLive - they are the displayed contact for a team and also the only person who can send in results via text message (if the competition in which the team plays has signed up to this service).

A captain/manager has to be a club member. Captains/managers are set in the Club administrator area under the Roleholders link. 

In order to text in a result, the captain/manager must have their mobile number entered. This can be edited by either the person themself, or a Club Administrator.
