How do I deal with duplicated members?

Duplicates can easily occur if you, or another club, add members without knowing that the person is already on the FixturesLive system.

We cannot, for obvious privacy reasons, give you access to other clubs' membership information.

If you find you have a duplicate member, the simplest thing is to make them an 'ex-member' - though you should check first that they aren't registered for a league, or owe you money. If they have goals or appearances that you wish to merge, contact us with the UserID of each member.

You can restore an ex-member for up to two years; after that they will no longer be accessible to your club.

FixturesLive will only remove people from your ex-members list in exceptional circumstances, e.g. where the person has died.
